The Clean Air Plant (CAP) system is a biological air cleaning system which can be designed as stand alone or customized "in line" for any type of indoor or outdoor air quaility problem. The system works more efficiently than any technology on the market today. Unlike conventional systems which merely trap contaminants for later disposal, the CAP works naturally to remove heavy metals and particulates from the air and destroy odors, gases and VOCs by employing naturally occurring microbes and their enzymes to break down contaminants to non-harmful compounds. The EPA says that Indoor air is one of the top five environmental health risks of our time. Increasing air exchanges in a building is not always the answer. The CAP is the first portable biological indoor air cleaning system for use in plants, warehouses, garages, offices, and beauty salons. Indoor air can contain a number of contaminants from sources like carpets, furniture, printers, fax machines, cleaning products, smoking, workplace chemicals, bathrooms, pesticides, copy machines and entrained water.

Industrial VOC and Odor Control
CAP can be easily added to manufacturing processes for odor control, stack gases, tank vent emissions, vehicle exhaust and many other applications. Destruction efficiencies can be adjusted by joining several in a series.
Replace Costly Carbon and Conventional Filtration
CAPs are a great alternative to carbon for odor control. Unlike carbon which traps pollutants like BTX, MTBE and other hydrocarbons, CAPs continuously oxidize pollutants into non-harmful products like carbon dioxide and water. They can easily be added inline with industrial processes for the control of odor and VOC emissions. The CAP filters do not need to be replaced or disposed. The CAP's unique spiral flow configuration eliminates channeling that can occur with carbon. Operating costs are dramatically lowered because the CAP does not have the high recurring costs associated with regenerating and replacing carbon.
